There is one and only one living and true God. The eternal God reveals Himself to us as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence, or being.

God the Father
God as Father reigns with providential care over His universe, His creatures, and the flow of the stream of human history according to the purposes of His grace. We become redeemed children of the Father by responding to the Holy Spirit through faith in Jesus Christ.

God the Son
Christ is the eternal Son of God. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and subsequently born of the virgin Mary. Through His incarnation, life, and death on the Cross, He fulfilled the divine law through perfect obedience. He alone is the perfect and gracious provision for humanity's redemption from sin, death, and eternal torment.

God the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Holy Trinity. He exalts Christ and the Father. He convicts us of sin, of God's exclusive standard of perfect righteousness, and of God's imminent and eternal judgment: authentic faith in Christ unto eternal life and glory, or condemnation to eternal torment. The Spirit enlightens believers and empowers the Church to fulfill God's mission of redeeming humanity through the evangelical ministry of the Gospel as worship.
